Emiline Riby has been recruiting for over eight years across nearly all industry sectors, starting her career in New York City and now living in Portland, Oregon. Since joining Mainz Brady Group in 2017, she has focused on digital design, project management, strategy, and IT operations positions. Emiline is a trusted consultant for both hiring managers and job seekers, and is passionate about helping people of all backgrounds develop and grow their careers. In her free time, Emiline volunteers with local organizations like The Script, Portland Design Thinkers, and the Portland chapter of PMI (Project Management Institute), sharing her expertise on job searching best practices. Crystal Cramer is originally from Bend Oregon , but has been in the Portland area for over 10 years. After getting her MPH from PSU, she found the love of IT staffing and has been in the industry ever since.
